Captain Franco Gonzalez and his crew have been fishing the waters around Vieques, all of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands for over 20 years and you will benefit from their experience.
We run our tours from our Maverick Flats Boat and our 22 foot centre console. The inshore waters of both the Atlantic Ocean on the north and the Caribbean Sea on the south are our playground here on Vieques. The inshore and near shore fishing here on Vieques offers a wide variety of angling possibilities. Near the coast we can chase after Kingfish, Amberjacks, Barracuda, African Pompano just to name a few. Inshore we hunt for the "Grand Slam" of inshore fishing, Tarpon, Bonefish, and Permit.These fish are considered the reigning Royalty of inshore fishing and the catch of a lifetime to any angler. Once your lines are in the water, the unspoiled, rolling hills of Vieques are set as a serene backdrop to your fishing adventure.
